Herbofors

Herbifors is a spell that makes yellow flowers sprout out of the victim's head.

Rules:
- No Killing Curses, spells, charms ect
-must responed with some sort of drawing within a week and 3 days.
-Must post what the spell does from the HPwiki (like i did above)
